Terms of Drafting Services
This is not a Legal Survey, nor is it intended to be or replace a Legal Survey.
OrderSitePlan.com will use licensed GIS data which is available from multiple sources to create a depiction of the subject property.
OrderSitePlan.com will not visit the physical property.
All measurements should be verified by the client. Should there be discrepancies between the physical property and the site plan, OrderSitePlan.com will make these adjustments free of charge upon request.
The site plans created on OrderSitePlan.com are Non-Certified plans and will not be stamped, sealed, or signed by an engineer, architect, or surveyor.
In order to show proposed or existing utilities on the site plan (well & septic system, leach field, etc.) you need to provide us with the information needed.
Usually, we require a sketch of the location, or any specific setback information from property lines or structures for the well & septic system.
We make no representation regarding accuracy and all dimensions are to be verified by the client.

Because we use third-party sources to create our plans we cannot verify the accuracy of these sources, therefore OrderSitePlan.com makes no representations regarding the accuracy of site plans.
Refund Policy
OrderSitePlan.com offers a money-back guarantee with our standard site plan packages. If your building department rejects your site plan for any reason other than requiring a certified site plan, we will make corrections free of charge; if we are unable to meet requirements, we will issue a full refund.
Just send the email or correspondence from the denying building official to contact@ordersiteplans.com and your refund will be issued within 48 hours.
*There are no refunds on hourly custom work.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
